Kargo Politikası - TR

Yurtiçi ve yurtdışı siparişleri için kargo ücretleri ayrıca hesaplanacaktır.

Siparişinizin ödemesi onaylandıktan sonra teslimat seçilen ürün bilgisinde belirtildiği süre içerisinde yapılabilmektedir.

Verilen tahmini teslimat süreleri sadece iş günleri düşünülerek verilmiştir. Haftasonları, resmî tatil günleri ve gümrükten çekilme işlemleri dahil edilmemiştir.

Satın alacağınız ürün kargoya verildikten sonra size takip numarası bildirilecektir. Bu şekilde gönderinizin durumunu her an takip edebilirsiniz. Siparişlerinizin gönderileriyle ilgili tüm sorularınız için bize hello@julide.co adresinden ulaşabilirsiniz. 

Tüm uluslararası siparişler gümrüklere, vergilere, ithalat vergilerine, aracılık ücretlerine veya yerel yönetiminizin uyguladığı ek ücretlere tabidir. Alıcı olarak bu masrafların tümünden yalnızca siz sorumlusunuz.

Shipping in Turkey and worldwide shipping prices will be calculated at checkout.

After the payment of your order is confirmed, delivery can be made within the time specified in the selected product information.

Time is estimated in business days only – weekend, holidays, customs clearance, etc, are not included. The client is responsible for all custom duties and taxes. Our company is not responsible for lost packages.

All international orders are subject to customs, taxes, import duties, brokerage fees, or any additional charges by your local government. As the recipient, you are solely responsible for any of these charges.
