İADE VE PARA İADESİ POLİTİKASI 

Bizden kaynaklanan arızalı veya kullanılamaz halde gelen ürünleri iade etmek Mudanya/Bursa adresine JÜLİDE LIVING adına gönderebilirsiniz. İade kargo bedeli müşteri tarafından sağlanmalıdır.

Battaniyeler için Türkiye içi gönderilerde 14 iş günü iade politikamız bulunmaktadır. Maalesef diğer ülkelere gönderilen ürünlerin iadesini kabul etmiyoruz. Bu bölümdeki bilgiler yalnızca Türkiye içi iadeler için geçerlidir! Ürünü iade etmeye karar vermeniz durumunda, ürünün hasarsız ve tekrar satılabilir durumda olması şartıyla satın aldığınız tarihten itibaren 14 gün içerisinde iade edebilirsiniz. Bu süreyi aşarsanız iade kabul edilemez. İade edilen ürün tarafımıza ulaştığında tarafınıza e-posta ile bilgi verilecek ve iade süreci başlayacaktır.

Battaniyelerimizde bizden kaynaklı bir nedenle iade etmek veya değiştirmek istediğiniz, yeniden satılabilirlik özelliği taşıyan ürünün iade süresi, teslim aldığınız tarihten itibaren 14 iş günüdür, değişim süresi ise 30 gündür. İlgili sürenin aşılması durumunda, iade veya değişim işlemi gerçekleştirilememektedir. İade kargonuz bize ulaştığında size e-posta ile bilgi verilecek ve iade işlemleriniz hemen başlatılacaktır.

Ürün bedelinin ödemesi, ürünün iade koşullarına uygunluğu saptandıktan sonra gerçekleştirilir ve en geç 10 gün içerisinde kredi kartınıza yansıtılır. Bu süre tamamen bankanıza bağlıdır ve www.julide.co’nun bankanıza müdahale etme hakkı bulunmamaktadır. Taksitli ödeme seçeneği ile ödediyseniz, iadeniz de banka prosedürleri gereği taksitli olarak yapılacaktır. 

İade veya değişim istenen ürün ya da ürünlerin kullanılmamış, yıkanmamış, ambalajı hasar görmemiş ve tekrar satılabilme özelliğini kaybetmemiş olması gerekmektedir. Söz konusu ürün ya da ürünlerin faturası, orijinal kutusu ve ambalajı, gönderilen tüm aksesuarları ile iade edilmesi gerekmektedir.
İade süresi dolmuş, kullanılmış, paketi hasar görmüş, tekrar satılabilirlik özelliğini kaybetmiş, tüm aksesuarları ve orijinal kutusu ile gönderilmeyen iadeler kabul edilmeyecektir ve bu ürünün veya ürünlerin kargo masrafları size ait olmak üzere geri gönderilecektir. İade koşullarımız 4077 nolu ‘Tüketicinin Korunmasına İlişkin Kanun ve Uygulama Yöntemleri’ kapsamında değişiklik gösterebilmektedir.

REFUND POLICY

In order to return defective, torn or unusable products caused by us, you can send them to Mudanya/Bursa in the name of JÜLİDE LIVING. The shipping cost of your return will be covered by yourself.

We have 14 working days return policy for our throw collection within Turkey. Unfortunately, we don’t accept returns for products that are shipped to other countries. The information in this section is applicable for returns within Turkey only! If you decide to return a product, you can return it 14 days after you purchase it with the condition of making sure that the product is undamaged, unwashed and is re-sellable. If you exceed this timing, the return cannot be accepted. When we receive the returned product, you will be notified with an e-mail and the return process will start.

We make the payment for the return 10 days after the product’s conditions are verified as acceptable for return and the whole amount is wired into your credit card. This timing is completely dependent on your bank and www.julide.co has no right to interfere with the process and procedures of your bank. In case you paid with installment options, your bank will repay in installments as per banking procedures.

If you live in Turkey and you decide to return a product(s) please make sure that package of the product(s) is not damaged, and all of the content of the package are sent back with no pieces missing. Product(s) must be unused and undamaged. Product(s) must be complete with the original package, including all accessories and a copy of the bill. The product(s) which is damaged which is not re-sellable and which is missing its original accessories will not be accepted as a return, and it will be sent back to you with shipping charges to your name. Our Return Policy may be revised depending on the changes on the regulation 4077 “Code Regarding Protection of Consumers” in Turkey. 

All international orders are subject to customs, taxes, import duties, brokerage fees, or any additional charges by your local government. As the recipient, you are solely responsible for any of these charges.
